According to the Law on Safety and Health at Work, the employees of the company elect their representative for safety at work who has rights and responsibilities outlined in the Law on Health and Safety. During training sessions, Tehnolab’s OSH department educates the elected OSH representatives about their rights and obligations under OSH Law and how they should be included in the system for ensuring employee safety at work.
